Kloudy
Terms of sale
Effective October 28, 2026
1. Provider
The service is provided by SPACE Solutions s. r. o., Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovensko, IČO 55 333 834, DIČ 2121953042, IČ DPH SK2121953042, zapísaná v OR Mestského súdu Bratislava III, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 168206/B, e-mail director@spacesolutions.sk (the "provider"). Kloudy is an AI assistant by AI & CO, a brand of the SPACE Solutions group. Support is provided by e-mail at support@ai-co.sk, with a reply within 2 working days.
2. Subject of the contract
The provider runs the Kloudy AI assistant for the customer in its own separate space (a separate instance) on the subdomain the customer chooses when ordering, including operation and monitoring, daily backups, updates and support. The service covers one assistant and one user and is ordered as one of three plans:
- Kloudy Standard: the assistant on the web, on iPhone and via Telegram with one mailbox and one calendar; it works as soon as payment is made, and the customer sets it up and connects their tools themselves with the help of the setup wizard in the app.
- Kloudy Pro (Profi): everything in Standard, plus up to five mailboxes and calendars, Kloudy Desktop (an agent on the Mac), Todoist and ClickUp, all recipes and company memory. The customer sets it up themselves, as with Standard.
- Kloudy Custom (Na mieru): everything in Pro, plus the provider sets the assistant up to the customer's brief, builds the agreed connectors to their systems, trains the customer and their team online and reviews the setup together with them after 30 days. The provider confirms the scope and price in advance in a written quote.
The scope of the service is as shown on the product page at the time of the order. The product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or OpenAI.
3. Price and payment
The price consists of a one-off fee (€950 for Standard, €1,950 for Pro, from €2,900 for Custom as quoted) and a monthly fee of €99 (for Custom from €99 as quoted) for operation, backups, updates and support. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; VAT is charged according to the applicable regulations and, for online payment, shown before the customer confirms.
Standard and Pro are paid online by card through Stripe: the one-off fee is paid together with the first monthly fee when ordering, and further monthly fees are always paid in advance. Custom is paid by invoice in advance, and the monthly fee is paid in advance from the start of the service. The provider never sees or stores the customer's card details. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed or, for Custom, when the invoice is paid.
Changes beyond the service (for example templates and rules) and connections to the customer's other systems are priced by the provider in writing in advance. We invoice nothing without the customer's consent.
4. Term and cancellation
- The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, with no minimum term. The monthly fee renews every month until the customer cancels the service.
- The customer can cancel at any time through the billing-management link we send by e-mail, or by e-mail to support@ai-co.sk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period (one month from the payment date); until then the service keeps running and no further monthly fee is charged.
- The one-off fee pays for setting up the service and is not refunded on cancellation; this does not affect a consumer's right under section 5.
- When the service ends we pause the instance and keep the data for 30 days; during that period we export it at the customer's request. After that we delete it. While the service runs, the customer can export their data themselves at any time.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason. By ticking the consent box before payment they ask us to start the service immediately; if they then withdraw, they pay a proportionate amount for what was provided up to the withdrawal and we refund the rest. An e-mail to support@ai-co.sk is enough to withdraw. A customer ordering as a business does not have this right.
6. AI fees and third-party services
The customer opens their own account with an AI provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) and pays the AI fees directly to that provider. They are not part of the price. The customer sets a spending limit in the app. Services the customer connects (for example Google or Telegram) are governed by their providers' terms. Connections to accounting, CRM or an e-shop are part of the Custom plan only, in the scope confirmed in the quote; otherwise the provider prices them in advance.
7. Liability
The provider is responsible for the service matching its description. If something doesn't work, the customer writes to support@ai-co.sk; we handle complaints within 30 days. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
AI answers can be inaccurate. The assistant takes actions outside the service (for example sending an e-mail or changing a calendar) only after the customer approves them, and the customer is responsible for approved actions and for AI costs. To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the price paid; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. A consumer resident in another EU country keeps the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. A consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk), or to a court. The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection, Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region. We recommend writing to the provider first; most problems can be solved by e-mail.
9. Trademarks
Anthropic, OpenAI and other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Final provisions
The version of these terms in force at the time of payment applies to the order. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
